Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy (Online Sales only)
We will accept returns of most unworn, unwashed, unhemmed, tags intact merchandise within 30 days of when you received the item for a full refund or exchange. Discounted Items are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Underwear, socks, swimwear, jewelry items may not be returned for hygiene reasons.
If you need to return an item, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your item(s).
Shipped Returns
Please ship all returns to the address indicated in the Return Authorization form that you receive. Shipping costs will be your responsibility and the shipping method must be trackable with a signature required.
Shipped Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item please call or email us (519-205-6367) to arrange the exchange. We will process your exchange order and send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the original item. We will need to charge you the purchase price plus shipping for the exchange order, but once we receive your return, we will credit you the purchase price of the original item.
No returns/exchanges will be accepted or credited without prior authorization.
